Another amazing thing happened this summer too. I got to meet the incredibly beautiful fashion blogger Mimi Ikonn and her husband Alex!
Mimi so kindly arranged a London meet-up with her fans in Hyde Park and of course, I had to go and meet the woman who inspires me daily with her #ootd pictures!
She was so friendly and warm and her husband is a hilarious guy. brought my own boyfriend along and it was truly a wonderful day, especially with the surroundings being the magical romantic Italian fountains.
Mimi and Alex's 'Follow me around...' videos on YouTube are definitely a must-see as they make you feel that you're right there with them and give you such motivation to go and travel the world with the one you love too.

During our brief encounter, she told me I was beautiful and that we had the same eyes. I sound like such a fan girl right now but it was a very special moment for me.
What I also realised is that she is also just a normal girl who followed her dreams of moving to London, starting up a business and marrying the man she loves and it definitely put my goals into perspective, making me believe that I can do it too if I just remain positive and forward-thinking.
